Lot 1 : Conception, réalisation, mise en oeuvre et maintenance d'une expérience immersive d'orientation et d'engagement vers les métiers du sport

The contract takes effect from its notification date. Each lot has a maximum duration of twenty-four (24) months, and this provisional duration also starts from the notification date. The mandatory end date for the operation, as set by the financier, is October 10, 2028.

Key milestones and their indicative deadlines, starting from the notification date (J0), are as follows:

• J0 (Notification): Launch meeting, governance, risk register, and project plan.
• J0+3 months (Fin de cadrage - End of framing): Delivery of framing note, user journeys, mock-ups, data schema, initial RGPD/security analysis, and kiosk integration file.
• J0+7 months (Fin de conception détaillée - End of detailed design): Delivery of functional and technical design file, architecture, test plan, accessibility strategy, security plan, and list of components and subcontractors.
• J0+15 months (Version bêta - Beta version): Functional platform, administration, trial version of the AI agent, initial content, and proof of unit and security tests.
• J0+18 months (Déploiement pilote - Pilot deployment): Kiosk delivered/installed, multi-support acceptance, user tests, and correction report.
• J0+21 months (Mise en service - Commissioning): Production version, training, complete documentation, accessibility audit, and reversibility file.
• J0+24 months (Fin de stabilisation - End of stabilization): Review of anonymized uses, incident review, corrections, and final service acceptance report.

The core scope of work for this tender involves two main lots:

Lot 1: AI-assisted Orientation Web Solution

The scope for Lot 1 focuses on the comprehensive development and deployment of an AI-assisted web solution. This includes:

• Co-design and Conception: Cadrage, co-conception workshops, framing notes, detailed planning, UX/UI design, user journey mapping, mock-ups, and user testing, with specific attention to accessibility and diverse user profiles.
• Development: Functional and technical design, architecture, API integration, and the development of a multi-support web application with a public interface.
• Key Features: Implementation of an administration space for content, accounts, and rights management; an AI conversational agent with a validated corpus, guardrails, and testing; aggregated statistics, dashboards, and export functionalities.
• Infrastructure and Compliance: Hosting, security, backups, and deployment. This also encompasses RGAA accessibility audits, corrections, and compliance documentation, as well as adherence to RGPD for data security.
• Integration and Support: Integration and testing with the interactive kiosk (Lot 2), comprehensive documentation, training for administrators, technical communication support, and a three-month stabilization period post-production launch.
• Reversibility: Provisions for data exports, source code, configurations, assistance, and a reversibility exercise.

Lot 2: Provision of a Pilot Interactive Kiosk

The scope for Lot 2 centers on the provision and integration of an interactive kiosk. This includes:

• Supply and Installation: Design of integration, supply, delivery, installation, parameterization, and commissioning of the interactive kiosk.
• Technical Specifications: The kiosk must meet specific requirements regarding its components (screen, tactile, audio, computer unit, OS, connectivity), performance, security, and physical attributes (dimensions, weight, ergonomics, stability).
• Integration and Support: Ensuring compatibility and integration with the web application developed in Lot 1, including interface testing. This also covers training on the kiosk, providing comprehensive documentation, and offering a warranty and support services.
• Sustainability: Consideration of accessibility, durability, repairability, and end-of-life aspects, including consumption, packaging, and recycling.

Both lots are expected to have a provisional duration of twenty-four (24) months from notification, with key milestones for framing, detailed design, beta version, pilot deployment, go-live, and stabilization. Regular project and steering committees are required.
