TENDER BRIEF

- J0+18 months (Pilot deployment): Kiosk delivered/installed, multi-support acceptance, user tests and correction report.
- J0+21 months (Commissioning): Production version, training, complete documentation, accessibility audit, reversibility file.

The core scope of work for this tender is divided into two distinct lots, which are technically autonomous but require cooperation between the chosen contractors for end-to-end compatibility.
Lot 1: Web solution for AI-assisted guidance.
The scope includes:
- Design and Development: Framing, co-design workshops, UX/UI design, functional and technical design, architecture, API, and detailed planning. This also covers the development of a multi-support web application and a public interface.
- Core Features: Implementation of an administration area for content, accounts, and rights management, an AI conversational agent with a validated corpus, safeguards, and documentation, as well as aggregated statistics, dashboards, and export functionalities.
- Infrastructure & Compliance: Hosting, security, backups, configurations, and deployment. Ensuring RGAA accessibility through audits, corrections, and compliance documentation is also required.
- Integration & Support: Integration and testing with the interactive kiosk (Lot 2), documentation, administrator training, and technical communication support. The lot concludes with acceptance testing, production deployment, and three months of support and stabilization. Reversibility provisions, including exports, sources, configurations, and assistance, are also part of the scope.
Lot 2: Pilot interactive kiosk.
The scope includes:
- Kiosk Provision: Study of installation, technical file, and interface coordination. This encompasses the provision of the kiosk furniture/structure, ensuring stability, security, ergonomics, and mobility.
- Hardware Components: Supply of a large-format touch screen with a protection system, an embedded computer unit, operating system, browser, and necessary licenses, along with a directional audio system or equivalent solution.
- Connectivity & Installation: Provision of connectivity, network equipment, and secure configurations, followed by delivery, handling, installation, connection, tests, and removal of packaging.
- Integration & Maintenance: Application integration, kiosk mode setup, and testing in collaboration with the Lot 1 contractor. The scope also covers documentation, training of referents, a warranty file, a twenty-four-month warranty, hardware support, and intervention services. Additionally, it includes end-of-life device management, take-back or recycling, and environmental information.
Both lots have a provisional duration of twenty-four (24) months from notification, not exceeding October 10, 2028. Prices for each lot are global and firm, covering all necessary services, costs, licenses, travel, deliveries, and contingencies.
