    TENDER DESCRIPTION

    To meet the legal framework defined by Article L.103-4 of the Urban Planning Code, the public consultation process conducted during the PLUi revision procedure for GPS&O will be structured around three lines of action that will enable the public to: - Be informed about the revision project undertaken and its progress; - Express views on the project, whether regarding questions, lines of reflection or concrete proposals; - Exchange views, in particular by participating in events and opportunities for meetings. The services will give rise to a “composite” contract concluded in the form of an ordinary contract partly at global and lump-sum price and partly by purchase orders, awarded in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-4 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code as follows: - The service missions shall be the subject of a phased contract at lump-sum prices on the basis of the Decomposition of the Global and Lump-Sum Price (DPGF); - The missions for complementary services shall be the subject of an ordinary contract with purchase orders on the basis of the schedule of unit prices (BPU) as and when needs arise.
