Concertation avec la population dans le cadre de la révision du Plan Local d'Urbanisme intercommunal (PLUi)

TENDER DESCRIPTION

To meet the legal framework defined by Article L.103-4 of the Urban Planning Code, the public consultation process conducted during the PLUi revision procedure for GPS&O will be structured around three main strands that will enable the public to: - Become informed about the revision project underway and its status; - Express themselves on the project, whether they have questions, ideas for consideration, or concrete proposals; - Exchange views, in particular by participating in events and meeting sessions. The services will give rise to a “composite” contract concluded in the form of an ordinary contract partly at global and lump-sum prices and partly through purchase orders, awarded in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-4 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code as follows: - The service tranches will be the subject of a contract with tranches at lump-sum prices on the basis of the Decomposition of the Global and Lump-Sum Price (DPGF); - The additional service performances will be the subject of an ordinary contract through purchase orders on the basis of the schedule of unit prices (BPU) as and when required.
