TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Perth Museum Café provides visitors with an exceptional food and drink experience and will promote the best of local and Scottish produce whilst supporting a 5 star visitor experience. The food and beverage operation is intrinsic to the ongoing success of the museum, helping visitors further their enjoyment of the museum with an enjoyable dining experience and helping to drive non-traditional museum audiences to the venue.
