TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Perth Museum Café provides visitors with an exceptional food and drink experience and will promote the best of local and Scottish produce whilst supporting a 5 star visitor experience. The food and beverage operation is intrinsic to the ongoing success of the museum, helping visitors further their enjoyment of the museum with an enjoyable dining experience and helping to drive non-traditional museum audiences to the venue. The strategic objectives of this procurement are to: - To create a space that encourages visitors to the museum to dwell in the city following their visit. - To provide a hub for residents in and around Perth to gather and feel connected to their community. - To maximise on the opportunities afforded by the purpose-built café space, creating an inspiring and welcoming environment that will promote both the concession and the museum and its focus on the provision of an exceptional visitor experience. - To provide our visitors (local, national, and international) with an exceptional culinary experience that celebrates local and Scottish produce and suppliers,. through targeting a 100% Scottish supplier base and, for products that can be grown or…
