TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipality of Joigny wishes to award to a specialized operator a development concession relating to the carrying out of a real-estate rehabilitation operation. This phase is an application phase intended to identify operators that have the professional, technical and financial capabilities needed to carry out a complex development operation in an old town centre.
