TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Consultation aims to award a development concession with transfer of economic risk for the implementation of the development project in the area called Horizon Trois Couronnes in the town centre of Bidart. The missions of the future concessionaire are as follows: 1. Acquire the land 2. Manage the acquired assets in compliance 3.
