TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Agglomeration Community of Pays Ajaccien (CAPA) entrusts the concessionaire, under a concession contract lasting sixteen (16) years, with the provision, installation, upkeep, maintenance, and operation of advertising and non-advertising passenger shelters as well as bus stop poles on its territory, and entrusts it with the removal of currently deployed passenger shelters and poles. The concessionaire is remunerated by collecting advertising revenues generated by the exploitation of advertising surfaces, the operational risk being transferred to the concessionaire pursuant to Article L. 1121-1 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract concerns the deployment, upkeep, maintenance, and advertising operation of the following street furniture: - 127 advertising passenger shelters; - 50 non-advertising passenger shelters; - 174 bus stop poles. The Grantor also provides the concessionaire with 20 wooden passenger shelters of which it remains owner, maintained, kept up, and operated under the same conditions.
