TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Agglomeration Community of Pays Ajaccien (CAPA) entrusts the concessionaire, under a concession contract of sixteen (16) years duration, with the provision, installation, maintenance, servicing and operation of advertising and non-advertising bus shelters as well as stop posts within its territory, and also entrusts them with the removal of currently deployed bus shelters and stop posts. The concessionaire is remunerated by collecting advertising revenues generated by the operation of the advertising surfaces, with the operating risk transferred to the concessionaire pursuant to Article L. 1121-1 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract concerns the deployment, maintenance, servicing and advertising operation of the following urban furniture: - 127 advertising bus shelters; - 50 non-advertising bus shelters; - 174 stop posts. Furthermore, the Contracting Authority makes available to the concessionaire 20 wooden bus shelters which remain its property, maintained, serviced and operated under the same conditions.
