This consultation concerns the conclusion of a public service concession contract, subject to the provisions of Articles L. 1411-1 and following of the CGCT and R. 1411-1 and following of the CGCT, as well as Article L. 1121-3 and following of the third part of the Public Procurement Code. Under this contract, the Concessionaire will be entrusted in particular with the following tasks: • the design and construction of the crematorium and its facilities, including a parking area and landscaping; • financing all studies and works necessary for the realization of these constructions; • the maintenance, upkeep, and GER of all completed constructions, as well as the service’s equipment; • the operation of the public service, for which the equipment is the headquarters.
