TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation aims at concluding a public service concession contract, subject to the provisions of articles L. 1411-1 et seq. of the CGCT and R. 1411-1 et seq. of the CGCT, as well as article L. 1121-3 et seq. of the third part of the public procurement code. Under this contract, the Concessionaire will be assigned, in particular, the following tasks: • the design and construction of the crematorium and its equipment, including a parking lot and landscaping; • the financing of all studies and works necessary for the completion of these structures; • the maintenance, servicing, and asset management (GER) of all the completed structures, as well as the service's equipment; • the operation of the public service, the equipment of which is the headquarters.
