TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contracting Authority, the Commune of Thollon-les-Mémises, entrusts the concessionaire with the following missions for the winter activities: - management, operation, maintenance and upkeep, investment in the entire fleet of ski lifts located within the territory of the Commune (including major inspections and major visits); - maintenance, upkeep, operation and keeping the installations in good working order, investment in the installations and equipment related to artificial snow; - development and layout of leisure areas during the winter season for beginner and family customers, as well as snowpark areas; - development, marking out, maintenance, signage/flagging and grooming (snow grooming) of the 6 km of cross-country ski trails accessible from the Mémises cable car; - maintenance and management of the Mémises restaurant, located at the arrival of the cable car, with the possibility of sub-delegation.
