TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contracting Authority, the Municipality of Thollon-les-Mémises, entrusts the concessionaire with the following missions for winter activities: - management, operation, maintenance and upkeep, investment in the entire fleet of ski lifts located within the territory of the Municipality (including major inspections and major visits); - maintenance, upkeep, operation and ensuring proper working order, investment in installations and equipment related to artificial snow; - development and arrangement of leisure areas during the winter season for a beginner and family clientele, as well as snowpark areas; - development, marking out, maintenance, signposting and grooming (damage) of the 6 km of cross-country ski trails accessible from the Mémises cable car (télécabine); - maintenance and management of the Mémises restaurant, located at the arrival of the cable car (Télécabine), with the possibility of sub-delegating it.
