TENDER DESCRIPTION

Under this contract, the Concessionaire will be assigned, in particular, the following missions: - designing and building the crematorium and its equipment, including a car park and landscaping arrangements; - financing all studies and works required for the execution of these structures; - maintaining, servicing and managing (GER) all of the constructed structures, as well as the service’s equipment; - operating the public service, of which the facility is the seat. The operation of the service will be carried out by the Concessionaire at its own risk. Its remuneration will come from the operating revenues of the activities for which it is responsible. The services and all of the delegatee’s obligations will be the subject of a precise description in the documents of the business consultation file.
