TENDER DESCRIPTION

Under this contract, the Concessionaire will be entrusted in particular with the following missions: - the design and construction of the crematorium and its facilities, including a parking area and landscaping improvements; - financing of all studies and works required to carry out these structures; - maintenance, servicing and the GER of all completed structures, as well as the service’s equipment; - operation of the public service, of which the facility is the site. The operation of the service will be provided by the Concessionaire at its own risk and peril. Its remuneration will come from the operating revenues of the activities for which it is responsible. The services and all of the delegatee’s obligations will be the subject of a precise description in the documents of the tender dossier for businesses.
