TENDER DESCRIPTION

Public service concession for the management of wastewater services in the GPSO territory - public service concession for the management of wastewater services throughout the entire territory of the Grand Paris Seine Ouest Public Territorial Establishment, and more specifically for the communes of Boulogne-Billancourt, Chaville, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Marnes-la-Coquette, Meudon, Sèvres, Vanves and Ville-d'Avray. The concessionaire assumes all risks related to operation and derives most of its remuneration from operation of the service under the conditions set out in these specifications. The contract takes effect as of its notification date. Performance will effectively begin on 1 January 2028 for an operating period of 6 years, i.e. until 31 December 2033. The 6-year duration is justified in view of the implementation of a programme of concessional works on a 3-year cycle and the need to adapt the service to medium-term developments.
