TENDER DESCRIPTION

Public service concession for wastewater management in the GPSO territory - Public service concession for wastewater management across the entire territory of the Grand Paris Seine Ouest Territorial Public Establishment, and more specifically for the communes of Boulogne-Billancourt, Chaville, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Marnes-la-Coquette, Meudon, Sèvres, Vanves and Ville-d'Avray. The concessionaire assumes all risks related to operation and derives the essential part of its remuneration from operation of the service under the conditions set out in this specification. The contract takes effect as from its date of notification. Performance will effectively begin on 1 January 2028 for an operating period of 6 years, i.e. until 31 December 2033. The duration of 6 years is justified in view of implementing a programme of concessional works in cycles of 3 years and the need to adapt the service to medium-term developments.
