TENDER DESCRIPTION

Public service concession for wastewater management in the territory of GPSO — public service concession for wastewater management across the entire territory of the Établissement Public Territorial Grand Paris Seine Ouest and, more specifically, for the communes of Boulogne-Billancourt, Chaville, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Marnes-la-Coquette, Meudon, Sèvres, Vanves and Ville-d’Avray. The concessionaire assumes all risks related to operation and derives the main part of its remuneration from operating the service under the conditions set out in these specifications. The contract takes effect as of its notification date. Performance will effectively begin on 1 January 2028 for an operating period of 6 years, i.e. until 31 December 2033. The duration of 6 years is justified in light of the implementation of a programme of concessional works on a 3-year cycle and the need to adapt the service to medium-term developments.
