TENDER DESCRIPTION

Public service concession for wastewater management in the territory of GPSO - public service concession for wastewater management across the entire territory of the Grand Paris Seine Ouest Territorial Public Establishment and, more specifically, for the communes of Boulogne-Billancourt, Chaville, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Marnes-la-Coquette, Meudon, Sèvres, Vanves and Ville-d'Avray. The concessionaire assumes all risks related to operation and draws the bulk of its remuneration from operation of the service under the conditions set out in the present statement of requirements. The contract takes effect as from the date of notification. The performance will effectively begin on 1 January 2028 for an operating period of 6 years, i.e. until 31 December 2033. The 6-year duration is justified in view of the implementation of a programme of concessional works on a 3-year cycle and the need to adapt the service to medium-term developments.
