Concession de Service Public pour la gestion et l'exploitation des multi-accueils « Les P'tits Mousses » et « Les Pitchounets » d'Auriol

TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation has the purpose of managing and operating the multi-care facilities “Les P'tits Mousses” and “Les Pitchounets”, located in Auriol. The equipment in question consists of two early childhood reception facilities with a total capacity of 20 places for “Les P'tits Mousses” and 39 places for “Les Pitchounets”. The Concessionaire’s mission is to manage the service and operate the facilities made available to it by the Public Authority, under the conditions defined by the concession contract. This consultation includes an option within the meaning of Articles L.3135.1 and R.3135-1 of the Public Procurement Code (Code de la commande publique (CCP)), consisting in increasing the childcare capacity of the “Les Ptits Mousses” day-care centre from 20 to 24 places, due to a potential relocation of the facility (still in Auriol). The children’s reception age would also change from 2.5 months to 4 years, instead of the current 15 months to 4 years (firmly accepted, due to the current constraints of the building).
