This lot includes the operation of a sea bathing establishment, beach equipment rental and/or all water sports except motorized watercraft such as jet skis or others, packaged cold catering (sandwiches, salads or other packaged cold products) without cooking or reheating, no on-site preparation, no handling and assembly of foodstuffs, no plated presentation and no table service, light catering (handling of unpackaged foodstuffs and use of microwave ovens combined with grill allowing reheating of simple products, takeaway and without table service) and refreshment bar.
