TENDER DESCRIPTION

The concession will include:
 - the operation, maintenance and upkeep, major maintenance and replacement of the facilities in order to ensure that they operate properly;
 - management by the concessionaire, at its own expense and risk, of the service and of relations with users. 
 The concessionaire’s remuneration will come from operation of the service. 
 This public service delegation will have a duration of between 15 and 20 years from the signing of the contract, depending on the planned investments. The concession will include:
