TENDER DESCRIPTION

Located on 35,000 m², MEGACITE is an events hub that enables indoor and outdoor organization of events such as trade fairs, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, shows, etc. Built in 1984, an extension of the building was carried out in 2006. It mainly comprises a set of spaces including an auditorium seating 986, 4 exhibition halls of 3,800 m², 2,400 m², 1,800 m² and 1,135 m², a multipurpose reception area of 600 m², 7 workshop rooms seating from 30 to 300 people, a bar, kitchens, and outdoor areas allowing the placement of marquees. The extension opened in 2006 includes an additional auditorium seating 350, 2 workshop rooms (70 and 90 seats), a press room, and a dedicated office space for organizers. Given the condition of the site, the next contract will require the concessionaire to build a modular hall from 5,000 to 8,000 m² intended for trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences, including a catering office, as well as renovating the current spaces. The project cost is estimated at between €18 and €23.5 million including tax (TTC).
