TENDER DESCRIPTION

Located on 35,000 m², MEGACITE is an event hub that allows the organization of indoor and outdoor events such as trade fairs, congresses, seminars, exhibitions, shows, etc. Built in 1984, an extension of the building was carried out in 2006. It mainly comprises a set of spaces consisting of an amphitheater with 986 seats, 4 exhibition halls of 3,800 m², 2,400 m², 1,800 m², and 1,135 m², a multifunctional reception space of 600 m², 7 workshop rooms accommodating 30 to 300 people, a bar, kitchens, and outdoor areas allowing the installation of marquees. The extension opened in 2006 includes an additional amphitheater with 350 seats, 2 workshop rooms (70 and 90 seats), a press room, and an office space dedicated to organizers. Considering the condition of the site, the next contract will require the concessionaire to build a modular hall of 5,000 to 8,000 m² intended for fairs, trade shows, exhibitions, and congresses, including a catering office, as well as the renovation of the current spaces.
