TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procurement is to select an operator for the purpose of entering into a public service concession contract within the meaning of Article L. 1411-1 and the following of the CGCT, having as its purpose: - The design, implementation and financing of Mandatory Works, the description of which is set out in the Works Programme in Document E of the DCE; - The operation, maintenance and major overhaul-renewal of the equipment of the Energy Recovery Centre for the purpose of processing and valorising the waste collected within the CALL perimeter or the subject of the cooperation agreements concluded by the CALL.
