TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Concessionaire will be entrusted in particular with the following tasks: • The preparation and updating of the approval file with the relevant authorities within the required time limits, and in particular: o the definition and regular updating of the facility project, including: - the social project and sustainable development, specifying how the structure will take into account the geographical, social, economic and demographic environment of the place in which it will operate; - an educational project specifying the facility’s commitments regarding children’s health, safety, development/early learning and autonomy, relations with parents, types of activities and objectives (free play, supervised activities, the quality of meals, etc.); - the reception/childcare project defining the terms for receiving children at the facility. o any possible negotiation of a modular approval adapted to attendance; o completion of all the administrative procedures necessary for the opening and operation of the facility in accordance with Chapter IV relating to childcare establishments for children under 6 years of age of the Public Health Code; • management of relations with users o…
