TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Concessionaire will notably be entrusted with the following missions: • The preparation and updating of the accreditation file with the competent services within the required deadlines, and in particular: o the definition and regular updating of the establishment project, including: - the social project and sustainable development, specifying how the structure takes into account the geographical, social, economic and demographic environment of the location where it will operate; - an educational project specifying the facility’s commitments regarding children’s health, safety, awareness/learning and independence, relationships with parents, types of activities and objectives (free play, guided activities, the quality of meals, etc.); - the’accueil/childcare project defining the terms and conditions for welcoming children at the facility. o any potential negotiation of a tailored modular accreditation adapted to attendance; o the completion of all administrative procedures necessary for opening and operating the facility in accordance with Chapter IV relating to childcare facilities for children under 6 years of age of the French Public Health Code; • managing relationships…
