TENDER DESCRIPTION

The concession has as its purpose the operation of the collective catering service for EHESP diners (staff, learners, visitors): - Main catering within the "Brillat-Savarin" restaurant - Fast food within the "Robert Debré" cafeteria, located in the School’s main reception hall - Ancillary services delivered or arranged at various locations within the Rennes site (for example coffee breaks, fruit trays, meal trays, served in the restaurant or delivered to the Establishment, buffets, aperitif cocktails, lunches or dinners, etc.). The catering service is granted to the concessionaire, who assumes full operation and full responsibility at their own risk, including with regard to its economic and financial balance. Staff redeployment is to be expected in application of Article L.1224-1 of the Labour Code, it being specified that the EHESP staff assigned to the collective catering service is governed by the civil service status.
