TENDER DESCRIPTION

The concession is intended to operate the collective catering service for EHESP guests (staff, learners, visitors): - Main catering within the “Brillat-Savarin” restaurant - Fast catering within the “Robert Debré” cafeteria, located in the main reception hall of the School - Ancillary services delivered or arranged in various locations within the Rennes site (for example coffee breaks, fruit platters, meal trays, served in the restaurant or delivered to the Establishment, buffets, aperitif cocktails, lunch or dinner buffets, etc.). The catering service is granted as a concession to the concessionaire, who assumes full operation and full responsibility at its own risk, including with regard to its economic and financial balance. Staff take-over is to be provided for in application of Article L.1224-1 of the Labour Code; it should be noted that the EHESP staff assigned to the collective catering service are governed by the civil service status.
