TENDER DESCRIPTION

The public service concession is intended to entrust the future concessionaire awardee with the management and operation of a day nursery with a capacity of 50 places, located at 17 rue Eugénie-Carmignat in Bois-Colombes. The services concerned are described more precisely in the programme document and its informative appendices. More specifically, the delegated missions relate to the operation of the “A Petits Pas” day nursery. The following elements are specified:  The weekly opening periods, namely: • Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., i.e. a daily span of 11 hours, for at least 48 weeks per calendar year (excluding public holidays and teaching/in-service training days)  The reception capacity of 50 places, for children aged 2 months to 4 years  Annual closure: maximum 4 weeks per year, i.e. three consecutive weeks in August and one week during the year-end holidays.
