TENDER DESCRIPTION

The concessionaire shall be required to provide the programming, management, operation, staging, and maintenance/servicing of the two halls of the municipal cinema (254 and 59 seats, including 10 spaces for persons with reduced mobility) with an artistic and cultural perspective; ensure the staging and the participation of the cinema complex in the dynamism of local, regional, national, cross-border, and international audiovisual and film-related activities, or activities hosted locally, all with a view to being classified as “Art et Essai”. The operating conditions of the service will be specified in the terms of reference (cahier des charges), the downloading of which will be reserved for bodies whose application has been selected at the end of this application phase.
