TENDER DESCRIPTION

The concessionaire will ensure the operation, maintenance and enhancement of the racetrack in order to organize trot races and ancillary activities including the operation of one or more restaurants and bars, urban agriculture spaces, opening of the site to public strolling, and activities related to equine welfare. Candidates must propose other complementary activities, whether related or not to horse racing and equestrian sports (for example: receptions, professional or public events, sporting, recreational, playful, cultural, educational activities, team building, etc.). All these activities must be carried out under the conditions set out in the specifications. The concessionaire will have the option to resort to naming rights under the conditions provided for in the consultation documents.
