TENDER DESCRIPTION

The concessionaire will ensure the operation, maintenance and enhancement of the racecourse with a view to organizing trotting races and ancillary activities including the operation of one or more restaurants and bars, urban agriculture spaces, opening the site to public promenades, and activities related to equine welfare. Candidates must propose other complementary activities, related or unrelated to horse racing and equestrian sports (for example: receptions, professional or public events, sports, recreational, playful, cultural, educational activities, team building, etc.). All these activities must be carried out under the conditions set out in the specifications. The concessionaire will have the option to use naming rights under the conditions provided in the consultation documents.
