TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot 1: Concession of public services for drinking water and collective sanitation in the territory of the municipalities of Châteauroux - Déols - Le Poinçonnet and the Ozans ZAC. The concessionaire will manage the services at its own risk and will receive remuneration from the users of the services. It must ensure: - management of the facilities and equipment for the production and distribution of drinking water, maintenance, upkeep and renewal of the entrusted installations, any wholesale purchase and sale of water, remote meter reading, self-monitoring, execution of works at the concessionaire's expense; - collection, transport, treatment of wastewater, management and disposal of sludge and by-products, self-monitoring, maintenance, upkeep and renewal of the entrusted installations, execution of works at the concessionaire's expense; - customer relationship management and billing, continuity of the public service, and on-call duty within the concession area.
