TENDER DESCRIPTION

By resolution of the Municipal Council dated 20 March 2026, the City of Vernon decided to delegate, in the form of an overall concession, the public service of paid parking on-street and off-street within its territory for a period of 8 years. This consultation is intended to designate the public service concessionaire that will operate this public service. The contract envisaged is a public service delegation agreement within the meaning of Article L1411­1 of the General Code of Local Authorities (Code général des collectivités territoriales). The contract award procedure is that of public service delegations, as defined in Articles L. 1411­1 and following of the General Code of Local Authorities (CGCT), R.1411­1 and following of the CGCT and R. 3121­1 and following of the Public Procurement Code (Code de la Commande Publique). The procedure used is an open procedure.
