TENDER DESCRIPTION

Public service concession for the management and operation of the “Anne Sylvestre” and “P'tits Sapeurs” childcare centers - The contract concerns the operation of the childcare centers “Anne Sylvestre”, 60 cribs, located at 64 rue Victor Hugo, and “P'tits Sapeurs”, 36 cribs, located at 98 bis boulevard Galliéni. The management model desired by the City is a services concession of the affermage type. The concession is not divided into lots. The City, as the contracting authority, will make available to its future concessionaire all the facilities, of which it is the owner, necessary for the operation of the public service. In return, the concessionaire will be required to pay a premises availability fee. The contract will take effect from its notification until 30 July 2032. The start date for operations is set at 2 August 2027 for a duration of 5 years. The estimated value of the contract is 11,650,000 Euros based on revenue estimates from the participation of families, the Caisse d'Allocations Familiales des Hauts-de-Seine, and the City.
