TENDER DESCRIPTION

Public services concession for the management and operation of the childcare centres “Anne Sylvestre” and “P'tits Sapeurs” - The contract concerns the operation of the childcare centres “Anne Sylvestre”, 60 cribs, located at 64 rue Victor Hugo, and “P'tits Sapeurs”, 36 cribs, located at 98 bis boulevard Galliéni. The management method sought by the City is a services concession of the “affermage” type. The concession is not divided into lots. The City, the contracting authority (delegating authority), will make available to its future concessionaire all the facilities, of which it is the owner, necessary for the operation of the public service. In return, the concessionaire will be subject to paying a fee for making the premises available. The contract will take effect from its notification until 30 July 2032. The operation start date is set for 2 August 2027 for a duration of 5 years. The estimated value of the contract is EUR 11,650,000 based on revenue estimates from the participation of families, the Caisse d'Allocations Familiales des Hauts-de-Seine, and the City.
