TENDER DESCRIPTION

The GHT Nord Franche Comté consists of the Hôpital Nord Franche Comté (HNFC) and its annexes as the supporting establishment and the CHSLD Le Chênois as the participating establishment. The consultation concerns all the sites of the GHT Nord Franche Comté as per the specifications. The duration of the agreement is 8 firm years from the start date of operation by the service provider. This is a service concession contract, as defined in articles L.1121-1 and L.1121-3 of the Public Procurement Code. In accordance with article L. 3132-1 of the Public Procurement Code, "when the concession contract includes occupation of the public domain, it constitutes authorization for the occupation of that domain for its duration."
