TENDER DESCRIPTION

The GHT Nord Franche Comté is composed of the Hôpital Nord Franche Comté (HNFC) and its annexes as the supporting establishment and the CHSLD Le Chênois as the participating establishment. The consultation concerns all sites of the GHT Nord Franche Comté according to the provisions of the specifications. The duration of the agreement is 8 firm years from the start date of operation by the service provider. This is a service concession contract, as defined in Articles L.1121-1 and L. 1121-3 of the Public Procurement Code. In accordance with Article L. 3132-1 of the Public Procurement Code, "when the concession contract involves occupation of the public domain, it constitutes authorization to occupy that domain for its duration."
