Service concession for the management and operation of cafeterias / shops within the CHRU of Nancy, comprising the following services: Sale of fast-food products in the shop, newspapers, stationery, miscellaneous items, including products under monopoly arrangements and development of à la carte services of the “concierge” type for patients and staff (laundering/pressing, postal services, parcel receiving/relay room services and other services). These “à la carte” services must be offered within the shop.
