TENDER DESCRIPTION
Service concession for the management and operation of cafeterias / shops within the CHRU de Nancy, grouping the following services: Sale of fast-food products in the shop, newspapers, stationery, miscellaneous items, including monopoly products, and development of à la carte services of the “concierge” type for patients and staff (laundry/pressing, postal services, parcel locker services in relay rooms (chambre relais colis) and other services). These “à la carte” services must be offered within the shop.
