The subject of the contract is the provision of concierge and security services for a residential building with 274 apartments at Gerberstraße 14-16 in 04105 Leipzig. The service includes the continuous staffing of a concierge service 365 days a year around the clock (24 hours daily, 7 days a week). The concierge is the central contact for tenants, visitors, and service providers and performs reception, information, and service duties as well as tasks to ensure order, security, and domestic peace.
