TENDER DESCRIPTION

Open two-stage design competition in anonymous form pursuant to Article 46 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, aimed at acquiring the Technical-Economic Feasibility Project (PFTE) for the redevelopment and re-functionalisation of the former San Sebastiano Prison in Sassari SSD0037, intended for the city’s new Judicial Hub, through the use of materials and techniques with reduced environmental impact compliant with Ministerial Decree 24 November 2025 and subsequent amendments and additions, as well as the use of methods and tools for digital construction information management (BIM).
