TENDER DESCRIPTION

The project consists of constructing a departmental technical hub bringing together four distinct functional entities currently scattered across different locations in order to create a coherent and operational technical hub. This hub will therefore include the premises of the AVED service (Workshop for Departmental Vehicles and equipment), the premises of the EDET (Departmental Works Team), the SAGIL (Provisioning, Property Management and Logistics Service), the premises of the archaeology cell, as well as shared facilities. Two optional phases are therefore identified, designed as a single and same entity within a single building, but capable of being carried out at different times in 2 phases: - Optional phase 3 including the AVED, the premises of the EDET and the SAGIL, as well as the shared facilities - Optional phase 4 including the archaeology cell. The project, estimated at EUR 6,500,000 (excluding tax) for works, represents a total of 3,370 m² of usable floor area, including 2,290 m² dedicated to the AVED, 262 m² for the EDET/SAGIL premises, 344 m² for common areas and 474 m² for the archaeology cell.
