-Main features of the procedure: The consultation concerns a restricted design competition for architectural services on the basis of an “esquisse +”, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L 2125-1 and L 2172-1 and organized in accordance with the provisions of Articles R2162-15 to R2162-21 and R 2172-1 to R 2172-6 of the Public Procurement Code (Code de la commande publique), in particular Article R 2172-2 in the wording resulting from Decree No. 2026-117 of 20 February 2026. Form of the competition: The operation falls within the scope of the provisions of Book IV of Part Two of the Public Procurement Code (CCP) - Purpose of the competition: The purpose is to designate a design contractor (master designer) for the construction of the new SAINT-TROPEZ complex by comprehensive redevelopment of the COSEC site, Chemin des Salins.
