TENDER DESCRIPTION

This project concerns the rehabilitation and extension of a public-access building of type U and the external thermal insulation of a public-access building of type U, as well as the aesthetic treatment of the façades of Towers A, B, C and D of the Caremeau Nord building. The rehabilitation and extension of the building concerns Buildings C and D located on the main site at Carémeau Nord. These buildings currently offer hotel accommodation conditions that do not meet the standards expected in the healthcare setting. This operation aims to achieve the following objectives: - Improve hotel comfort, with a rate of single rooms higher than 66%, - Make all rooms accessible to persons with reduced mobility (PMR), - Optimise capacity by moving towards 24 beds of full hospitalisation per service. This operation provides an opportunity to group, in a single building complex, the medical services treating chronic diseases, in particular: metabolic and endocrine diseases (MME), internal medicine, and rheumatology.
