TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Department plans to build the future Technical Centre in the municipality of RIOZ, on a plot of 5,858 m² located at ZA 3R Rioz Rhin Rhône Nord-Ouest. This project includes a strong eco-construction approach. A technical platform will border this building, in particular for the storage of salt and the siting of various alcoves for the stockpiling of aggregates needed for the activities of the centre. The estimated works budget is 2,700,000 euros excluding tax (HT). Under this procedure, it is proposed, after selection, to admit a maximum of three candidates to take part in the competition.
