TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Department plans to build the future Technical Centre in the commune of RIOZ, on a plot of 5,858 m² located in ZA 3R Rioz Rhin Rhône Nord-Ouest. This project includes a strong approach to ecoconstruction. A technical platform will border this building, in particular for the storage of salt and the placement of various compartments for the storage of aggregates required for the centre’s activities. The estimated works budget is 2,700,000 euro(s) ex VAT. Under this procedure, it is proposed that, following selection, up to three candidates maximum be admitted to compete. They will then be invited to submit a “sketch +” level project.
