TENDER DESCRIPTION

The details of the assignments entrusted to the contractor are set out in the specifications. The services are paid for by fixed lump-sum prices. Restricted design competition for the construction of an archive building on the Pomaret site in Sainte-Colombe-en-Bruilhois. This consultation is a restricted competition for APD (preliminary design). As part of the service, candidates admitted to submit a project will receive a consultation document for the offer phase, which will detail the documents to be provided. This consultation is conducted in application of Articles L. 2172-1 and R. 2172-1 of the public procurement code. In accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2122-6 of the public procurement code, at the end of the competition, the contracting authority may proceed with the award of a contract without any prior advertising or competitive tendering with the winning candidate.
