The town of Bourgoin-Jallieu has decided to build a new theatre. A summary of the programme, attached to this file, is structured around the following major functional units: - A performance hub including the stage, technical areas and outdoor improvements, - A reception and conviviality hub, - An office hub. Estimated construction envelope: The estimated construction envelope and the useful floor area of the building are stated in the contest rules for the application phase. The indicative timetable for the contest is stated in the contest rules.
